I believe

…in the most adorable smile that has ever existed.
…that the power of prayer, love, family, and tears can be overwhelming and beautiful. That the “Light the Night” walk was one of the most powerful experiences I’ve had. And that the cure to cancer will be found.
…in sixty-degree weather and long walks with my sister, my mother, and Sully on River Street.
…long car trips and a screaming baby are wearing on me, but they are worth it when my family is at the other end of the drive.
…that in a short, sweet time, my best friend and love of my life will FINALLY be home.
…that “Cake Boss” is quite possibly one of the most annoying shows on T.V.
…sneezing is horrible. Horrible. If I could never, ever sneeze again for the rest of my life, I would be thrilled.
…going to Homecoming this year will be bitter sweet. Friends have grown and changed, I’ve grown and changed. For the first time, I’ll be there without Taylor and with a little, toothy boy.
…in tattoos.
…that every woman should have boudoir pictures done. For herself, for her husband/boyfriend/partner, for prosterity. I’m so grateful that I have beauitul images of myself pre-child, pre-marriage, pre…life? To remember what I was like before all these changes.
…that white wine, oh, how I adore thee…but I’ll be laying off the sauce this week in anticipation of a having to look my best at Homecoming. And it sucks. Because, oh lawdy, I love my glass of wine at night. :Sigh:
…that Maroon5 makes some kind of amazing music, and I heart them.
…without Sullivan, this year would have been next to impossible to push through. God knew just when I needed him.

Cake Boss is awesome! Once I hit my goal weight I’m totally getting B-pics.

Love this. It took me meeting my husband to figure out that an ex is an ex for a reason..pick-up friends is super cute. I may use that term.
And doing something nice for someone, even when they won’t return the favor, is amazing.

What a great thing you’ve started! It felt good to write what I believe (even though it was short). I’m looking forward to the next one!

Yay! I’m going to start doing it every tuesday. Sometimes, I probably won’t have it up until Tuesday night, but hopefully people will enjoy it anyway

Hey Lei! I’ll be there, so I hope we’ll run into each other! Sully’s coming, too.

I believe that if you let someone go and they’re really meant to be yours, they will come back.
I believe that true love never really dies.
I believe that sometimes even the best fall apart and have to pick up the pieces.

So beautiful. My husband and I broke up twice…but we just couldn’t stay away from each other. Now? I couldn’t be happier with my decision to give it one more shot.

I believe that it’s okay for me, as a mom, to say that “I can’t do this…”. It’s okay to break down. It’s okay if I’m not perfect. I am allowed to have “those” days.
I believe that all of my sweat and hard work in creating a flower garden is well worth it when I see that one rose pop up on that bush.
I believe in my 6 1/2 year old still taking a nap.
I believe in the magic that the holidays seem to bring.
I am now known as the “UPS widow” once peak season rolls around.
I believe that UPS is not a family-friendly company. But, the pay is.
I beleive that every animal deserves a home.
I believe in going to a shelter to get an animal that NEEDS a home vs. a breeder.

I believe……a baby reaching out to be held…then holding that baby is healing.
